PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER TO THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED ABOUT THIS NEWS, A MEETING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WILL BE ORGANIZED.
Dear all,
As you may know, this year we encountered some difficulties in offering the English for Tourism course, which was consequently moved from the first to the second semester. Over the past few months, the School of Economics and Management, together with the DSTS Master Program, has made significant efforts to identify a suitable lecturer for the course. Unfortunately, for various reasons, no professors from the University were available for this position.
I am pleased to inform you that we have finally found a solution. The course will begin next week, and classes will be held on Saturdays at the University's facilities in the city center. You can find the detailed schedule here.
I understand that this timetable may not be optimal and could conflict with your previous commitments. However, be assured that this was the only viable option to ensure the activation of the English for Tourism course this academic year.
We are confident that the course will be offered again next year in the first semester, following the regular timetable, although we cannot be sure to confirm this.
Recognizing that this arrangement may not suit everyone, we are available to consider the validation of English exams taken abroad during the Erasmus program or possible adjustments to your study plan. While we must comply with the regulations of the Master Program and the relevant Decree of the Italian Ministry of Education, we will do our best to provide flexibility within these constraints.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
