We are glad to propose to you the possibility to participate in a selection for some really interesting and highly qualified periods of internship proposed within the thematic track “Food & Wine Tourism”.
For this first edition, they are intended for second-year (or previous) students.

Please find below the proposals. As for now we offer 4 internships in two well-known companies, recognized in the sector of food and wine, Cantina Antinori and Castello di Vicchiomaggio.

If you are interested in these internships, please send an e-mail to the Director of the Master Program, Prof. Elena Pirani (elena.pirani@unifi.it) with the subject “extended internships on food and wine tourism”. In your email please specify the internship(s) you are interested in, your matricola number, cohort enrollement, and any other information which could be useful.
Before asking for participation, please carefully read the features of the thematic track “Food & Wine Tourism” (https://www.dsts.unifi.it/p222.html) and of the “extended internships” (https://www.dsts.unifi.it/vp-128-stage-internship.html). We will evaluate your study plan and the exams you have already done, and if approved you will be admitted to the selection made by the host company. Selection will be approximately in mid-January.

For these internships we will recognize 12 credits. If your study plan is already complete, don't worry, we can recognize credits out of plan. We think that this could be an important experience for your career and your future job.

Please communicate your intention to participate by December 10.

Two positions at Cantina Antinori
Internship of 6 months, from April to September 2023.
Full-time, 39 hours per week (8 hours for 4 days, 7 hours for 1 day)
Expenses refund: 500 euros per month

Two positions at Castello di Vicchiomaggio
Internship of 3 months (1 April-June 2023; 1 July-September 2023)
