From 6 October 2021 and until the end of the emergency, there will be an automatic sample check of those accessing the University premises through the University QRACCESS system (downloadable app, or from https://qraccess.unifi.it/)
The checking system provides for the day-by-day selection of a sample of staff and students. They will receive at the hours 18.00 an e-mail and the notice that from that moment their QRCODE is disabled until the valid GREEN PASS is uploaded and validated. Once the integrity and validity of the GREEN PASS have been verified, the QRACCESS system will generate a valid QRCODE that will allow access to the facility.
Therefore, the sampled subjects will access the physical turnstiles, totems, or virtual turnstiles (used by mobile devices) only after having correctly uploaded the GREEN PASS.

The GREEN PASS check will take place ensuring the protection of personal data and the privacy of users, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

In very exceptional cases, the staff will be able to verify the GREEN PASS allowing access to the facilities of those who have encountered an IT problem in uploading the file. In such cases, the entry will be recorded for tracking purposes.
